My goal in photography has always been authenticity and a timelessness in each and every frame - and when it comes to weddings, maybe even a little magic.

It’s truly an honour to even be considered to be a part of your celebration,
and with couples my focus is first and foremost to capture you as you are together. The kind of candid images that remind you how you felt laughing, playing, cuddling in that moment. I offer guidance and direction throughout every session so you can enjoy yourselves no matter your comfort level in front of the camera and know you're being taken care of. My editing style is intended to be as true to life as possible, to showcase every detail exactly as you chose it.

I hope to be able to capture the big moments, the laughs, the tears, and everything in between so that you can look back on your photos and feel the excitement again.
Smell the bouquets again.
Taste the cake again.
Enjoy your wedding and all the love that went into it all over again.

The Why
I take note of the things that come up often in consultations and the question I seem to get asked the most frequently is “what is your favourite part of wedding photography?”
The answer has changed somewhat over the years. There was a time I would’ve told you it was the merging of my favourite aspects of photography: portraits and fashion/beauty. While those are obviously still at play, that isn’t what I consider to be the feature to me anymore.
Weddings are a celebration of love and a gathering of the most important people in your life. If there’s anything I’ve learned over the years it’s that nothing is guaranteed and every moment with the people we love matters. Yes, the dress, the cake, the florals, the curation of your day is meaningful and deserves to be showcased in the best possible light but the photos which value increases exponentially over time are of your loved ones.
Every time a couple trusts me with the responsibility of capturing these precious memories and people I am incredibly grateful (and, honestly, a little humbled.) This is my favourite part.
